BELPHEGOR: New Audio Interview With HELMUTH Available

April 2, 2008

OnTrackMagazine.com has posted a new audio interview with frontman Helmuth of Austria's blackened death metal kings BELPHEGOR. Check it out at this location.

"Bondage Goat Zombie", the new video from BELPHEGOR, can be viewed below. The clip was shot with acclaimed Austrian director Florian Werner.

Commented Helmuth: "The video to 'Bondage Goat Zombie' delivers a four-minute sound wall of total destruction and melodic riff explosions. The title track hymn relates to the BELPHEGOR trademark of Satanism, bondage domination sadism and masochism and the devil's pact. Veneratio Diaboli - Die Toten Reiten schnell (The Dead Ride Fast). The track 'Bondage Goat Zombie' is distinguished in English, German and Latin, and contains some of the most aggressive vocal work I've ever unleashed. BELPHEGOR will continue to keep the fucking devil and demonic spirit in metal music alive, unleash more energy, and give the die-hard brothers and sisters ultimate hell."

The song "Bondage Goat Zombie" is available for streaming on the BELPHEGORMySpace page.

"Bondage Goat Zombie" is scheduled for release on April 15 via Nuclear Blast Records. The CD was recorded at Andy Classen's Stage One Studios in Kassel, Germany.

Commented the band: "The album features artwork in classic and disturbing BELPHEGOR style. Some of the nine brand new tracks will deal with the writings of the infamous Marquis de Sade. Sounds like the ultimate BELPHEGOR treatment? Expect supreme death/ black metal art."
